We want you to love your CHIGEE pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all tags are attached and the original packaging is included for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your box.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original mailer and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
